Duration
60–90 minutes per session. The first session is the longest — to allow full intake and induction.
Every client moves through the same seven stages — designed for clarity, calibrated to your specific phobia, and measured against your real-life outcomes.
A short, confidential conversation. You describe what you are facing. Vibha tells you — honestly — whether hypnotherapy is the right path for it.
A 60–75 minute first session. We map your phobia: when it began, how it triggers, what it has cost you, what life looks like beyond it.
You experience hypnosis — usually for the first time. Most clients leave the room calmer than they have felt in years.
Sessions 2–4. We locate the original moment or pattern, and work with it directly. The emotional charge that powered the phobia is released.
Sessions 4–6. The trigger is rehearsed in safety until your subconscious response is calm by default — not by effort.
Between sessions, you encounter the trigger in real life. You report back. The plan is adjusted to whatever the world tells us.
Final session. Tools handed over. The phobia, no longer the lead character. You leave with a quiet, durable change.
60–90 minutes per session. The first session is the longest — to allow full intake and induction.
In-person at the Mumbai practice or online — the work is equally effective in both formats.
Weekly is standard. Some cases benefit from twice-weekly during the reprocessing phase.
Strict. Sessions can be booked under a first name only. No external sharing under any circumstance.
Specific, single-trigger phobias respond fastest. You will know after session three whether the work is moving.
Phobias entangled with trauma, OCD, or generalised anxiety are still resolvable — they just need more time and a wider plan.
The aim is not to cope better. The aim is for the original response to be gone. Follow-up data confirms it stays gone.
If hypnotherapy is not right for your case, you will be told plainly — and pointed toward whatever modality is.
